Seattle City Attorney Ann Davison: Overview presentation + discussion on “Belltown Hellcat“ Noise Ordinance Enforcement case. Many neighbors have asked about traffic cameras for speed and noise enforcement. This high-profile case has grabbed a lot of media attention. What could it mean for Alki? The City Attorney filed a civil suit last week following criminal charges. 10-minute presentation followed by Q & A.
