Hello Alki!
Wishing you all a happy healthy Alki summer and a friendly reminder to get out to the beach and remember why we all love being on Alki so much!
We won’t have a general membership meeting in August during our summer break, but look for those to start up again in September. In the meanwhile, we hope you were able to enjoy some of the amazing and diverse events here in July – like the Alki Art Fair, the Alki stopover on the tribal Canoe Journey, and the Alki Beach Pride Flag Celebration.

ACC is continuing to follow up with the City about the July 4th firework violence and subsequent arson activity. On the happier side, we’re also working with the Parks and Recs department to bring community activities back to Alki and have been able to share with them your input on activities you’d most like to see. Continue to watch here for updates on those and other initiatives to strengthen our community and keep it safe.
